Red 2 Black Business Management - Products and Services

1.    How do I pay for the product or service I’ve ordered?

You can pay using paypal or by bank transfer at the time you order the service.

2.    What if I change my mind?

Red 2 Black Business Management offers a full refund for purchases made where you change your mind within 7 days of purchase.

Red 2 Black Business Management is unable to offer “change of mind refunds” if you bulk purchase two or more of the same product or service.  It is your responsibility to ensure that you assess the products and services before you place a bulk order.

3.    How is my recurring service billed?

If you order a recurring service such as bookkeeping, payroll, BAS and management reporting, you will be billed (monthly/weekly etc if applicable) in advance.

4.    How do I cancel my recurring service?

Requests to cancel a recurring service such as bookkeeping, payroll, BAS and management reporting must be made to Red 2 Black Business Management at signup@r2bmanagement.com.au or by phone to (07) 4051 4000 at least 3 business days before the next recurring billing date.

Only cancellations effected within this timeframe will be effective to terminate the service in that month.  If you give less than 3 business days’ notice, your cancellation will be effective from the billing date in the following month and you will be automatically billed for the service for that following month.

Requests to cancel a service must include the following:

-    your Username;
-    your email address to which Red 2 Black Business Management will send confirmation of cancellation; and
-    the reason for your cancellation.

An email will be sent to you within 2 business days confirming that your account has been cancelled. 
NOTE:  If you do not receive our confirmation email, you have not successfully cancelled your account and you should contact Red 2 Black Business Management immediately.

5.    How do I terminate my subscription?

If you do not renew the service at the next expiry date, your service will be automatically cancelled.

If you terminate the service in the middle of a billing period, you will not be entitled to receive a refund for the remainder of the billing period.

6.    Will I get a refund?

Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, once a service has been performed you will be unable to obtain a refund.

Saasu Services

7.    How do I pay for my Saasu services?

You can pay using paypal or by bank transfer at the time you order the service.

8.    How are Saasu services billed?

You will be sent an invoice (weekly/monthly etc).  The services you subscribe to are payable by the due date indicated on your invoice.

9.    How do I terminate a Saasu service?

If you do not renew the Saasu service at the next expiry date, your service will be automatically cancelled.  If you terminate before the next expiry date, you will not be entitled to receive a refund for the remainder of the term.
